Cancel subscription

Your subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled every month.

• How to cancel: go to Subscription and choose Cancel. One click, and you get a confirmation by email.
• When it takes effect: at the end of the period you already paid for. Until then you can use everything as normal.
• After that: nothing is charged anymore. Your account and data stay until you delete them yourself under Account > My data. Recordings are not kept beyond their retention period.
• Trial with a mandate: cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
