Withdrawal and refunds

As a consumer you have a 14-day cooling-off period after taking out your subscription or a one-off purchase.

Starting right away

StudySlim is a digital service. At checkout we ask you to tick: "I want StudySlim to start right away and understand that I lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully provided". We store that tick with your order, with date and time.

What that means

• If you withdraw within 14 days, we refund the amount for the days not yet provided. You pay proportionally for the days you could already use StudySlim.
• A one-off purchase that is fully provided right away (such as keeping recordings longer or an extra pack) cannot be withdrawn.

How to do it

Send an email to info@studyslim.com with your name, your account email address and the date of your order. No form needed. We confirm your withdrawal and refund within 14 days using the same payment method.
